the standards defined in the STCW Convention and in the
recognized industry recommendations and publication..
Clear evidence must be provided on how watches are organized for the different
sailing and maneuvering scenarios at sea and in port. Company Instructions
must be available for the planning and executions of the voyage, the updating
of charts and publications, the recording of data and events, the execution
of the prescribed tests and maintenance of bridge equipment.
