Terminal Inspection is performed by filling in the Safety Inspection Report, witch is divided in three parts:

- Terminal Particulars;
- Management;
- Technical.

• The Terminal Particulars report is filled by the terminal management, as possible prior commence of inspection.
• The Management inspection report is filled by the inspector, on the basis of documents, procedures, instructions, all written and in use.
• The Technical inspection report is filled by the inspector as result of checking the installations, equipment related to cargo handling, fire fighting, pollution prevention and environment.
