and chemical carriers are to be surveyed according to IMO
ESP Requirements, regardless of the size of the ship.
The Condition Evaluation Report should not highlight any meaningful structural
outstanding item or, for tanks carrying chemical products, areas of degraded
coating condition..
Copy of the Condition Evaluation Report should be provided on request.
